When I go vegan,
The thing I’m going to miss most, is not
ice-cream,
nor yogurt,
but Ranch sauce.
Yeah, that’s right.
Thick, American-style ranch sauce in my salad.
I love that stuff so freaking much.
I actually discovered it on my family’s trip to Florida.
Damn you Wal-Mart.

We just had a guest stay over for the week.
She eats like a bird, and doesn’t look 110 pounds.
Damn it, I will get there eventually.
You see, next July I’m going to Chicago for a month, and inevitably, shitloads of photos/videos will be taken. The fact that I’m extremely scared having my photo taken, or being recorded doesn’t help me out either. (Unless I’m the one holding them)
I’ve only got 10 months to loose 40 pounds. fuckfuckfuckfuck.
It seems the only way I’ll succeed is to hit the gym from now on.
Day 2
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 serve rye bread (96 cals)
- 1 Serve smoked salmon (91 cals)
- Soup (???)
- Salad
- A Mandarine
- A small apple
- A few too many rice cakes.
- A mini choc cake thingy.
The last two I’m not too proud of, but honestly- I don’t care all that much. I’m turning full-fledged vegan tomorrow. Now, where’s the jam jar?
reblog if you’re a weight loss blog!
i need new people to follow, so get cracking and follow me too :)
let’s follow the most people we can for the upcoming month.
The set of rules I (hopefully will) live by.
- No white flour.
- Eat as little pasta as possible.
- Fruits and veggies are your best friends.
- Eat carbs only once (ultimately twice) a day.
- Add only a small teaspoon of sugar to coffee.
-Tea remains pure. No milk, no sugar.
- Eat several very small meals/snacks a day.
- Simple is best.
- No heavily processed food. Food should be in it’s most natural state possible
- Cooked food should be no bigger than the size of your fist.
- Everything is eaten in one portion only. (Unless it’s fruit or veggies)
- If something is really high in calories, and you just HAVE to eat it, take only 3 bites.
- Eat slowly, chew thoroughly
- Don’t eat at least three hours before bed, (If in pain, have a small, healthy snack)
- Exercise everyday. Doesn’t matter if it’s light or vigorous, as long as your moving.
- personalize recipes.
- Eat until you’re 80% full
- Everyday, food with a life force is essential
- Forget soft drinks. Diet or not. Same goes for soft drinks.
- Avoid juices
- Have REAL, RAW sugar, in very small amounts.
- Never go to an event with food, too hungry. If snacks are the only option at the event, have a light meal first. If the purpose is to go dine, have a light snack beforehand.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Distract yourself from food as much as possible.
- Let scabby friends have as much of your food as they like.
Remember:
-Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.
- Pleasure to the lips, adds pounds to the hips.
- It’s better to be slightly underweight than slightly overweight. (Personally, at least)
The skinny girl diet actually seems pretty reasonable.
I’ve somehow managed to survive the day (without cravings or hunger pains) on:
- A veggie pattie (175 cal)
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- Peppermint tea
- Half an orange
Yay!
Back to the start.
If you haven’t guessed by now…
Yes. This is a weight-loss/thinspo blog.
If these aren’t your cup of tea, I suggest you leave now.
So here I am, once again.
Like any other, I start my journey, oozing with motivation.
I’ll eat healthily, I’ll exercise like a demon, I’ll keep track of my progress down to every last nitty-gritty detail. Then I’ll loose a bit of weight, think “Ooh, I can have that little bit of ice-cream now”, and it all goes downhill from there.
Sometimes, you’ve just got to be realistic. I’m not aiming for an eating disorder. I don’t want to look like an emaciated model, (quite literally), starving for work. My goals will
I do however, want to be petite. More than anything, I have a fascination an obsession with small waists. The type you can wrap your hands around. You can’t imagine what I’d give for that. It’s just my luck that I’m genetically blessed with an apple shape. -.-‘
Now, I’ve checked by BMI recently, and the results aren’t pretty.
26-27.
In other words, I’ve officially made it into the overweight category. It may not seem too steep for some people, but it isn’t exactly a comforting number for someone who wishes to be around 19-22.
My height is about 160-163 (about 5”3-4) and I’m about 69 kg. (152 lbs)
Sure, my weight isn’t anything extreme or too problematic, however, when you’re a shortass and most of your fat goes into your mid-reigon, it isn’t something to be proud of either. (Remember the wasp-waist obsession?) My aim is to be 50 kilos, (110 lbs) and not a pound more.
I think my goals are pretty attainable. Not easy, but attainable. I don’t care how long it takes, I will get there eventually. I will for once, prove that I can do this, prove that I can push through to the end. Blood, sweat, tears, I just don’t give a shit what it’ll take. For once in my life I’ll make a decision and stick to it. For once in my life, I’ll finish what I start.
